This notice explains how we handle the email address you provide when signing up to be notified about the print edition. We only process the data you choose to give us.

What we collect and why
We only process the email address you provide.
Its sole purpose is to notify you when the print edition of the book becomes available. We do not send newsletters or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you sign up. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until we send the notification about the print edition, or until you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first.
Who has access
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
We use technical service providers (data processors) to operate: Web3Forms delivers the form submission, and Vercel hosts the site. These providers may process the data outside the European Union, subject to appropriate legal safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
